DPPS recently met with our largest customer, WCEPS, around our key role in the fulfillment of their products to K-12 schools all over the nation and beyond. CSR Manager Jenny Turk and newly hired Printing Project Coordinator Matt Gray discussed ways to improve our processes, remove unnecessary steps in production, and serve the customer better.

Jenny and Matt, along with Ben Hamaker from our fulfillment area, also presented a poster at Showcase on Thursday, April 23rd, on some of these innovations with that client. (We also marveled in the fact that DPPS printed MOST of the Showcase posters for the show!)
